31 December Hogmanay
As we say ‘Goodbye’ to 2020 what will we remember? Covid-19? Brexit? The weather? Donald Trump? Something about Dumbarton? Something more personal? Something good, or something bad? What about 2021? Are we looking forward with expectation? Or with fear, loneliness, worry?
Lord, For all that has been: we give thanks for your presence with us, your love and your forgiveness. For all that is to come: we ask for the strength to keep trusting in you, for the growth of your Kingdom and faithful service by your people, and for peace and justice in your world
