Some small but welcome moves to ease lockdown restrictions were announced yesterday – being able to meet more people outdoors, engage in more outdoor exercise, more pupils returning to school, and re-opening of places of worship for up to 50 from 26 March. We are still awaiting details from the Church Offices about re-opening Church of Scotland buildings, but we are making tentative plans which will be publicised when we know more
Lord, thank you for steps towards the easing of lockdown restrictions. We might wish it could go faster, but we appreciate the need to be careful to avoid another spike in infections. Help us to use the easing wisely, and to keep thinking about those who are struggling with the restrictions
